Creative, imaginative, loyal, approachable, honest are just a few words that describe Erick James Jorgensen. A Houston Texas native who now resides in Queens New York with his wife and two beautiful daughters; Erick is the CEO and Founder of Erick Wiz Design. Equipped with an Associate’s degree in fine arts from Queens borough College and Bachelor degree in graphic design from SVA (School of Visual Arts), in 2008 Erick started up his own company and name it Erick Wiz Design. Erick Wiz Design is a company that is focused and has great passion in working with small startup businesses because they’re more open to creative ideas they’re and are to take some risks. The goal is to form alliances with these entrepreneurial
types in order to create a loyal customer base. Erick believes that starting out on the ground floor with these companies helps build trust and longevity. Erick Wiz Design offers identity development, which includes the design of a company’s logo then establishing their guidelines within a brand book that will help their identity remain consistent across all of their marketing materials including websites, ads, stationary, T-Shirts and a whole lot more. Erick Wiz Design has worked with many different companies such as event planners, fashion designers, publishers, multimedia companies, aspiring musicians, and music production companies, just to name a few. As a graphic designer, Erick loves what he does and takes great pride in his work. Creativity has been his passion since the early age of nine. When Erick is not in front of his computer working, he
enjoys spending time with his family, playing video games and working out. Growing up as a kid Erick wanted to be a comic book artist. On late Fridays night into Saturday mornings he would stay up just drawing all sorts of different types of superheroes and making up stories for them. Perhaps that was his gateway to his dream. Erick is going back to school to pursue his Masters in branding as well.
